License keys for integrations
From EventCatalog v5, the generators, integrations and plugins EventCatalog publishes are open source under the MIT License and don't need a license key. You can see the full list on the integrations page.
If your config still sets the licenseKey option or an EVENTCATALOG_LICENSE_KEY_* environment variable, you can remove it. It's ignored.
EventCatalog core is licensed separately. To check whether your organization needs a commercial license, see the licensing FAQ and pricing.
EventCatalog v4 and earlier
In v4 and earlier, integrations were unlocked with an EventCatalog Scale license key. See the License Keys overview and Scale plan pages for how v4 license keys worked.
